Our Cleaning Checklist
This is the actual list we work from. Nothing here is aspirational — if a task is on this page, it is something we do. If it is not on this page, ask before you assume.

Property-manager detail
- We will work from your landlord's or property manager's checklist if you send it with your quote request
- Tell us about anything specific they flagged at your move-in inspection
Available add-ons
Attach any of these to a standard, deep, one-time, or recurring clean. They are included as standard on move-in and move-out cleans where noted.
Add to any clean
- Inside the oven (included on move cleans)
- Inside the refrigerator (included on move cleans)
- Interior windows, sills, and tracks
- Laundry — wash, dry, and fold using your machines
- Organizing a pantry, closet, or problem cabinet
Needs a custom quote
These are things we do, but they cannot be priced from a standard checklist:
- Homes with heavy clutter or hoarding conditions
- Properties that have been vacant and unmaintained for a long period
- Post-construction and post-renovation work
- Whole-home organizing projects
- Commercial spaces of any size
What we do not do
Being clear about this saves everyone a difficult conversation later. For anything on this list we would rather refer you to someone who does it properly.
- Exterior windows, gutters, roofs, or anything requiring a ladder or work at height
- Carpet shampooing, steam cleaning, or floor stripping and waxing
- Wall washing beyond spot cleaning
- Mold remediation, pest control, or biohazard cleanup
- Junk removal, hauling, or construction-debris disposal
- Moving heavy furniture, appliances, or electronics
- Cleaning up after pets beyond normal hair and dander
- Anything involving hazardous materials, including lead and asbestos
