Frequently Asked Questions

Everything people ask before booking a cleaner in Roanoke. If your question is not here, call or text 843-231-9758 and ask.

The basics

Booking, pricing & scheduling

What areas do you serve?

Roanoke, VA and the surrounding Roanoke Valley — including Salem, Vinton, Cave Spring, Hollins, and Botetourt County including Daleville. Not sure whether you are in range? Ask, and you will get a straight answer.

How do you price a cleaning?

Every job is quoted individually. Price depends on the size of the space, the number of bathrooms, the type of cleaning, the current condition, how often you would like us to come, and travel distance. Send a quote request and you will get a clear number rather than a range.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

It is preferred, because you know which products you like on your own surfaces. We are happy to bring our own professional supplies and equipment for a small additional cost. If there are specific products you want used — for allergies, pets, or particular surfaces — tell us ahead of time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Entirely up to you. Many clients give us access instructions and go about their day. Whatever makes you most comfortable is what we will do.

How far in advance should I book?

As far ahead as you can, especially for weekends and for move-in and move-out cleans. If you need something sooner, ask — Cristina will tell you honestly what is possible rather than promising a date she cannot keep.

What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. A deep clean goes after accumulated buildup — grout, soap scum, baseboards, cabinet fronts, behind furniture. If a home has not been professionally cleaned in a year or more, a deep clean first will make everything after it better.

Do you offer recurring plans?

Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Bi-weekly is the most common choice for a family home. There is no long-term contract.

Who will be cleaning my home?

Cristina and her team. She works jobs personally, and for recurring clients the aim is consistency — the same people, who learn your home.

Still deciding?

Two pages answer most of the remaining questions: the cleaning checklist shows exactly which tasks are included in each type of clean, and the quote page explains precisely what changes your price and what happens after you send a request.

For questions about a specific service, each service page has its own FAQ section:
