- Current condition — a one-time clean of a home that has not been cleaned in months is closer to a deep clean
- Whether you want add-ons
- How much of the home you want covered — we can focus on a few rooms instead of everything
- Travel distance if you are outside the City of Roanoke

How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give, especially for weekends. If you need something sooner, ask — Cristina will tell you honestly what is possible.
Should I book a one-time clean or a deep clean?
If the home is generally maintained and you just need a hand this week, a one-time clean is right. If it has been a year, a deep clean will serve you far better.
